Fiqh Muamalah is a course that studies Islamic law in which it regulates the relationship between human beings to meet their needs following the times. This course is an important instrument for students of Islamic finance and banking as a provision to understand and develop the basic concepts of Islamic economics in general and Islamic finance in particular. This course is a scientific course designed to provide students with knowledge, understanding and mastery of the principles and objectives of Islamic Shari’ah, ownership theory in Islam, contract theory and promise, as well as various kinds of contracts sourced from Al-Qur’an, Sunnah, Ijma and Qiyas, as well as Ijtihad scholars.

Islamic Microeconomics course explains and distinguishes between conventional economics and economics based on Islamic law. This course material contains Islamic economic concepts including Islamic economic principles, demand and supply curves; and the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia.

Introduction to Accounting II
Introduction to Accounting II course provides knowledge, skills, and attitudes about property plant equipment (PPE), debt, limited liability companies, investments, cash flow reports, partnerships, basic cost accounting, and basic financial statement analysis. After completing this course, students are expected to have the knowledge, skills and work attitudes needed in the process of recording, measuring and reporting on fixed asset transactions, debt, company capital, investments, partnerships, cash flow reports, cost accounting basics, and the basic analysis of financial statements.

Introduction to Management course aims to provide a broad understanding of management by using a process approach to understand organizational management in general. After taking this course, students are expected to know about planning, decision making, organization, leadership, communication and control.

Economic & Business Statistics
Economic & Business Statistics course discusses the basic concepts and understanding of Descriptive Statistics as a whole, such as the narrow and broad meaning of statistics, the usefulness of statistics, the meaning of data and the uses of data, elements, variables, observations, and variable measurement scales, and classification of data. It also studies frequency distribution, how to present data in a frequency distribution table, Histogram, Polygon Curves and Ogive Curves, Measurement of Central Value, Measure of Variation/Dispersion, Slope and Slope, Index Number, Periodic Data Analysis, Probability such as the basic concept of Probability, Probability with the concept of Addition and Multiplication. Marginal Probability Concepts, Bayers Probability Concepts, Mathematical Expectations, Probability Distributions (Normal Distribution, Poisson Distribution and Normal Distribution. During one semester students will actively learn about various concepts and theories from Statistics as detailed above. In addition to concepts and theory, students are also faced with several practice questions according to the material discussed. Students are also introduced to statistic application and are given examples of the applications of Statistics. It is hoped that later students will have a comprehensive understanding of the field of Statistics so that they are capable of collecting data, processing data, presenting data, analysing data and making conclusions from the problems discussed by using statistical science.

Interpersonal Skill
Interpersonal skill is a special course to train students’ skills in recognizing and responding appropriately to feelings, attitudes, behaviours, motivations and desires of others through listening skills, communication skills to provide feedback, to persuade, and to resolve conflict so that they can build harmonious relationships by understanding and responding to other people in the working world. Students will be taught skills in knowing themselves, skills in getting to know others, skills to express themselves clearly, skills how to respond, how to convey messages and intentions, how to negotiate and resolve conflicts, and how to play a part in a team.

Business English Practicum is a required course for students to be able to read and discuss works of economics written in English, as well as answer questions related to the reading orally or in writing. The learning process is equipped with language laboratory equipment.

Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions is a course that discusses Islamic banking and financial institutions and their products. During the semester, students will actively learn about the meaning and types of banking products, the differences between conventional banking and Islamic banking, the meaning and types of Islamic financial institution products, financial institutions and banking management, and the development of money markets and capital markets. Thus, students can provide a general description of the development of phenomena in the field of Islamic banking and Islamic financial institutions so that they can examine and relate them to issues that are relevant and developing at this time.

Mandarin language course is a course that studies the introduction of pinyin letters, pronunciation, vocabulary, strokes and sentence patterns in Mandarin so that students can understand and practice simple sentences or everyday Mandarin conversations and can read short sentences.
UPA5200
Pancasila
Pancasila course aims to discuss the characteristics of Indonesian culture before and after independence associated with the spirit of Pancasila and the Proclamation. It will also discuss the factors that influence the development of the values contained in the appreciation and practice of Pancasila, as the basis and philosophy of the nation’s life, as well as the implementation of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution in the economic field.
