Financial Fiqh LKS
3rd Semester
Financial Fiqh LKS is an advanced Muamalah Fiqh course. The main discussion is the basics of Muamalah fiqh and economic fiqh principles. This course is important because the discussion covers contemporary financial contracts (transactions), whereas Muamalah Fiqh only discusses the basics of an interpersonal contract, then in the LKS Financial Fiqh course, there will be a discussion on the integration of several contracts to support the validity of transactions between financial institutions. Throughout the semester, students will be provided with Muamalah fiqh concepts, especially regarding contract engineering (Hiyal) and also the latest DSN-MUI fatwas which are the basic reference for the implementation of contemporary financial transactions. Students will also be taught how to analyze the application of these contracts in Islamic financial institutions.

Islamic Macroeconomics
Islamic Macroeconomics course explains and distinguishes between conventional economics and economics based on Islamic law. This course material contains Islamic economic concepts which include: Principles in Islamic Economics, Sharia Macroeconomics, Source of State Wealth, National Income Analysis, Consumption Theory, Savings and Investment Theory, Balance of Money Market and Goods Market, Fiscal Policy in Islamic Economy, Fiscal Policy Instruments, Money Theory, Aggregate Supply and Demand Curve, and Sharia Economic Development in Indonesia.

Islamic Financial Accounting is a special skill course in the Study Program which contains mastery of the basic concepts and principles of sharia accounting, mastery of concepts about measuring, recording , presenting and disclosing sharia transactions, ability to prepare financial reports, operational systems of Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS), Financial Reports LKS, Accounting for Murabahah, Salam Accounting, Istishna Accounting, Mudharabah Accounting, Accounting for Musyarakah, Accounting for Ijarah, Recording and presenting Resources and Services, Calculation of Profit-Sharing of Sharia Banks.

Islamic Financial Accounting Practicum is a special skills course in the Study Program which contains learning how students apply the operational system material for Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS), LKS Financial Reports, Accounting for Murabaha, Accounting for Salam, Accounting for Istishna, Mudharabah Accounting, Accounting for Musyarakah, Accounting for Ijarah, Recording and presenting Resources and Services, and Calculation of Profit-Sharing of Sharia Banks.

Accounting Technician Practicum
 Accounting Technician Practicum course practices transactions and performs accounting records for single entity transactions, makes ledgers, compiles trial balances, makes settlement journals, identifies recording errors, makes corrections journals for these errors, performs bank reconciliations, postpones recognition of a single account, prepares financial statements, calculates financial ratios consisting of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and other transactions.

This Financial Management course is a fairly comprehensive course that covers important topics related to managing a company’s finances. In this course, students are introduced to the scope of financial management, various forms of financial reports and their analysis. They also study how to prepare cash budget reports, know the basic concepts of risk and rate of return, know the stock portfolio concept method to minimize risk, study short-term investments in working capital and understand the role of the time value of money.

In Financial Management Practicum course, students are introduced to the preparation of various forms of financial reports and their analysis, preparing cash budget reports, knowing the basic concepts of risk and rate of return and knowing the stock portfolio concept method to minimize risk. Students will also be introduced to various methods that can be implemented in the business world so that they will have a learning experience in making financial decisions as a financial manager must face. Quick and right financial decisions are very important in creating a competitive advantage in winning the business competition.

Islamic Banking Digital Practicum course is included in the special skills category for Study Programs that practice Islamic banking services or activities related to electronic or digital facilities owned by Islamic Banks, and digital media belonging to prospective customers so that students can manage information, communicate, register, open accounts, banking transactions, and close accounts, including obtaining other information and transactions outside of banking products, including financial advice (financial advisory), investment, electronic-based trading system transactions (e-commerce). -commerce), and other needs in Islamic banking. Islamic Bank Products and Operations is a special skills course in the Study Program which explains Islamic banking products which are divided into 3 parts, namely fundraising products such as demand deposits, savings and time deposits; financing products such as financing for home ownership, vehicles, multi-service; and service products such as remittance services, l/c services, gold pawning and explain how sharia bank operations are carried out. In addition, this course will introduce the operational practices of Islamic banking digitally.

Communication & Negotiation Practicum course practices communication orally and in writing for various situations by planning, formulating, compiling and implementing effective and efficient communication and negotiation strategies. The communication and negotiation practices in this course are not only done conventionally but also done utilizing digital media.

Legal Aspects of LKS
Legal Aspects of LKS course contains an understanding of the legal aspects of Islamic financial institutions, legal aspects of business relations, intellectual property rights, tax aspects, financing institutions, licensing and bankruptcy, engagement and agreement law, business dispute resolution, legal violations in cyberspace, and digital crimes. In addition, this course also examines Sharia banking law, Sharia insurance, Sharia capital market, Sharia pawnshops, and other sharia institutions.
